Gerroa

Gerroa is all about space, light, and that endless sweep of Seven Mile Beach. The moment you arrive, the landscape opens up — long stretches of sand, low dunes, and the peaceful curve of the Crooked River meeting the ocean. It has a calm, open feel that makes it perfect for slow walks, beach days, and watching the light shift across the water.

Seven Mile Beach is the real highlight here. Its huge, flat shoreline is ideal for sunrise strolls, and on a still day the reflections on the wet sand feel almost surreal. The headland above the river gives a great vantage point too, looking back across the beach and out toward the distant ranges.
