As you approach Narooma from the north, you’ll arrive into town over the historic Narooma Bridge. The bridge was built in the 1930s and spans Wagonga Inlet. This expansive waterway is home to a variety of marine life, and offers ample opportunities for boating, fishing, and birdwatching. Don’t miss the fur seals that lounge on the rocks at the break wall. The inlet is also the gateway to Montague Island, which is home to a historic lighthouse and a thriving seal population that you can even snorkel with.

Located close to Narooma Beach, the Glasshouse Rocks are one of the town's most iconic sights, providing a stunning backdrop for any photo. These towering rock formations make for the perfect photographic subject, especially during sunrise and sunset.

If you're looking for a good hike to do in the region, look no further. Mount Dromedary is a prominent mountain located near Narooma, offering incredible views of the surrounding area. Also known as Gulaga, the mountain is considered sacred by the local Yuin people and plays an important role in their culture and mythology. Hiking to the summit is a 5 hour round trip. The well-marked trail leads through the wooded hillside to lush rainforest. From the top, hikers are rewarded with glimpses of the coast and the hinterland.
